About The Position
Rigel Pharmaceuticals, a pioneering biopharma company based in South San Francisco, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director to join the Commercial Analytics team, part of Business Operations. The role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to Rigel's commercial success and to grow with the company as we continue our growth trajectory. This is a critical role in Commercial Analytics, responsible for driving sales and marketing analytics, delivering structured and ad-hoc analysis to sales, marketing, and home office teams. This position is integral to support our commercial organization by delivering actionable analytics, strategic insights, and innovative solutions to address critical business challenges. This position requires strong business acumen, analytical skills, critical thinking, communication and presentation skills.
