About The Position

The Field Sales and Brand Development Representative drives top-of-funnel growth by building awareness, credibility, and new relationships in key ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) markets. As the face of the brand in the field, this individual identifies new prospect streams, creates introductions, and fuels the outbound sales engine. This role is centered on presence, professional polish, and the ability to cultivate meaningful engagement in luxury environments.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport naturally and open doors in high-net-worth environments.
  • Confident public speaker and presenter, comfortable engaging both individual UHNW prospects and executive groups.
  • Strong sense of personal presentation, professional polish, and brand representation.
  • Highly self-directed, proactive, and energized by field-based relationship-building.
  • Comfortable navigating luxury settings and social environments.
  • Driven by prospecting, networking, and discovery.
  • Charismatic connector and natural relationship-builder.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing within private aviation, luxury travel, hospitality, or related premium service sectors.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel as required up to 50-75%.

Responsibilities

  • Build brand visibility and awareness among UHNW audiences in targeted markets.
  • Generate qualified introductions, set meetings, and build strong pipelines for senior outside sales leaders.
  • Represent the brand onsite at events, private showcases, hospitality activations, and strategic partner gatherings.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and articulate the value of charter, membership, and jet card solutions.
  • Establish trust and rapport within premium lifestyle communities, luxury networks, and corporate spheres.
  • Travel extensively (approximately 2-3 weeks per month) to activate markets and nurture relationships.
