About The Position

The Field Sales Account Executive at Concentra is responsible for facilitating customer and prospect meetings to identify and sell Concentra's suite of healthcare services. This role involves strategic evaluation of customer needs, managing the sales cycle, and exceeding sales targets while ensuring a smooth implementation of services for clients. The position requires strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
  • At least four years of sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with laws and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate customer and prospect meetings to identify and sell Concentra's services.
  • Evaluate and assess customer needs throughout the sales cycle.
  • Analyze organizational charts to uncover decision makers and influencers.
  • Research decision makers by persona and industry to formulate value propositions.
  • Work with sales leadership to create close plans for customer engagement.
  • Facilitate customer meetings using various technologies.
  • Gain formal commitment from customers to utilize Concentra's services.
  • Exceed sales targets and expectations.
  • Coordinate the timely setup of Concentra Service Packages for customers.
  • Communicate weekly achievements and customer pipeline status to leadership.
  • Maintain a clean and thorough sales funnel via CRM for accurate forecasting.
  • Understand the competitive landscape within the territory.
