Works to detect, prevent, and mitigate safety risks across the organization. Provides subject matter expertise related to field observations and offers consultation and guidance in the development of effective corrective actions. Collaborates closely with and supports the Business Line (BL) on safety-related matters. Communicates safety trends and recommends corrective actions to drive continuous improvement. Serves as a resource for the development, implementation, and long-term sustainability of company-wide safety initiatives. This is a hybrid position, with work performed from remote offices based on business needs. The assigned work area includes the greater Santa Rosa/Napa region, with headquarters based in Petaluma, CA. PG&E is providing the hourly rate range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual hourly rate paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. The hourly rate for this position ranges from: Bay Area Minimum: $50.48 Bay Area Maximum: $81.25 This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
