About The Position

Supports heavy civil and infrastructure projects across the Memphis region with a strong field-level safety presence. Focus is on inspections, coaching, compliance reinforcement, and proactive risk control.

Requirements

• OSHA 30 preferred
• OSHA 510 preferred
• Heavy civil or excavation experience helpful
• Willingness to travel regionally
• Strong field leadership presence
• Clear and confident communicator
• Detail-oriented documentation skills
• Practical compliance mindset
• Working knowledge of OSHA construction standards and heavy civil safety practices, including excavation and equipment operations

Responsibilities

• Perform safety inspections and field observations
• Reinforce compliance expectations
• Lead toolbox talks and orientations
• Support pre-task planning
• Track corrective actions
• Partner with site leadership
