About The Position
Alpha & Omega Safety Services is seeking a Safety Manager for a long term Transmission Construction Project in Minnesota. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, implementing safety programs, and maintaining a safe work environment on-site.
Requirements
- Experience in Transmission and Distribution safety
- Minimum OSHA 510
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance in construction
- Ability to lead safety meetings, conduct site inspections, and enforce safety policies
Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Implementing safety programs
- Maintaining a safe work environment on-site
Benefits
- Per Diem: $215 / day (7 days)
- Vehicle Allowance: Truck and Fuel Card Provided
- Contract Duration: 12-15 months with the potential for extension
- Overtime Pay: Time and a half after 40 hours
