About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Field Safety Coordinator to join our team and help us maintain a safe and compliant work environment. This is a 100% on-site position. A strong field presence is essential to ensure real-time safety oversight and compliance. Conduct jobsite safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments; recommend and track corrective actions. Support field supervisors in building safety-conscious crews through coaching and safety planning. Respond to incidents; coordinate injury care per company protocols and assist with root cause investigations. Prepare and maintain safety documentation including Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Site-Specific Safety Plans, and permits. Lead or assist with safety training including toolbox talks, orientation, and site-specific safety programs. Ensure availability and proper use of safety equipment, PPE, and first aid supplies. Participate in and contribute to jobsite safety walks with internal and external partners. Serve as a resource for OSHA compliance and company safety policies. Maintain documentation of inspections, incident reports, and corrective actions. Collaborate closely with the HSE Manager and Safety Director to support continuous improvement. Requirements: 5+ years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments OSHA 30 certification preferred Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards Root cause analysis experience Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and judgment skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation skills and ability to train field personnel Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must pass a background check and drug screen Why Join Staxmatic? Requirements

• 5+ years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards
• Root cause analysis experience
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and judgment skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills and ability to train field personnel
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves
