Field RN Supervisor
About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY: The Field RN Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring exceptional patient care and high-quality clinical services across the agency. This position oversees skilled nursing services in the field and provides hands-on training, supervision, and support to caregivers, nurses, and therapists. The Field RN Supervisor also contributes to ongoing staff education, competency evaluations, and compliance initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, delivering, and assessing nursing care for patients and their families, ensuring all services meet professional standards, regulatory requirements, and agency policies.
Requirements
- Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, BSN, or MSN).
- Nursing experience, preferably in home care or a related field.
- 2 + years of management experience, ideally in home care.
