Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own the resource planning for the PSE organization
  • Responsible for the business process and execution of HC demand planning, Account - BU alignment and HC approval recommendation for the PSE organization. Work closely with the accounts to understand the HC demand by product area, interact with the BUs to align on the priorities and prioritize the asks, as well as help execute the HC approval process for the field.
  • Oversight and governance over field activities at the accounts: Strategic work in R&D sites, support in High Volume Manufacturing sites. Forecast and track installation activities
  • PSE Productivity - drive the productivity improvement efforts for the PSE community.
