About The Position
Metrostudy, a Hanley Wood company, is the country's leading housing information provider, supplying accurate information to members of the building industry for over 30 years. The Field Researcher position is a short-term, quarterly role that involves driving through new residential subdivisions to record the building progress for every lot. This research work is conducted over a 2 to 3 week period at the end of each quarter, which occurs every 90 days. During this time, the hours are flexible within the calendar week, from Sunday through Saturday, between 8 AM and 6 PM. The pay rate for this position is $12.00 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement for travel incurred during the job. The primary area of survey work will be in Nashville, TN.
