The Field Representative plays a key role in expanding program reach and strengthening relationships across the Puget Sound (I‑5 corridor). In this community‑facing position, you will engage directly with multi‑family property owners, managers, and local partners to promote energy‑efficient products and services. Your work includes canvassing properties, generating leads through cold outreach, and guiding stakeholders through program requirements and opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external contractors to support smooth project execution, while maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions. This role is highly mobile, requiring frequent travel throughout Western Washington to represent the program, build market awareness, and drive participation in energy‑efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Willing to travel up to 80% throughout Western Washington.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personable, confident, and professional.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Post‑secondary education in Energy Efficiency or Sustainability is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Canvass multi‑family properties across Puget Sound for direct‑install energy efficiency opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calls to identify and pursue qualified installation prospects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, distributors, and community partners to drive program participation.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to support smooth project execution.
  • Track and document customer interactions in the program portal.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, managers, and multi‑family communities.
  • Represent the program at events.
  • Travel throughout the Puget Sound region as required.
