About The Position

The Field Representative position at Vozzcom Inc. involves outdoor work focused on field retention and recovery services for Spectrum customers. Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, door-to-door, or customer service.
• Experience as a cable technician or customer service representative.

Responsibilities

• Visiting accounts to attempt payment recovery over a set time frame and/or to recover Spectrum equipment.
• Daily documentation of activity related to customer visits.
• Making customer visits at account addresses for collection and equipment recovery attempts.
• Proper recording of activity in Company and Client software platforms.
