About The Position
The position involves providing administrative and organizational support to the Customer Service, Branch Compliance, and Finance teams. The duties include general clerical tasks, coordination of field technician information, supervision, and assistance with the field technician invoicing process. This includes direct communication with field technicians and involvement in special departmental projects. The role requires assessing field technicians’ information for accuracy, entering data into the company’s systems, and ensuring that the information is current in the company’s database. The position also involves meeting or exceeding minimum required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the acquisition of new field technicians, contract administration, renewals, labor and trip charge percentages, and the field technician rating process. Additionally, the role requires communication and negotiation with field technicians to manage necessary information for compliance, as well as resolving any non-compliance issues and maintaining the internal database mapping and software.
