About The Position

M&M is seeking a skilled and reliable Field Technician to support our exterior construction and service operations. This role involves repairs, installations, and full replacements on residential projects, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while representing M&M professionally on every job site

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Must speak English to communicate effectively with homeowners
• Prior experience in exterior construction or installation required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
• Ability to perform repeated bending, kneeling, climbing, and ladder work
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders and planks
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, callbacks, insulation work, and full exterior replacements with minimal supervision
• Install fascia, soffit, vinyl siding, James Hardie siding, shingles, gutters, and related materials
• Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools, including brakes and saws
• Load, manage, and verify materials for daily job assignments
• Accurately utilize company systems and processes, including Vertex, AccuLynx, and ProVia
• Collect customer payments when required
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed
• Maintain high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the Service Superintendent, team members, and customers
• Provide professional, courteous customer interactions that build trust and confidence
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and leadership by example
