About The Position

As a Field Reimbursement Operations Senior Manager, you will report directly to the National Field Reimbursement Director and interact with numerous Directors/Executive Directors within Patient Access & Reimbursement, as well as critical cross-functional partners in operations, capabilities, marketing, legal, and compliance. This role requires effective communication, project management, and team coordination to achieve outcomes in a complex business environment. You will support the development, coordination, and implementation of Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) programs in support of our Bone Franchise, including strategy development, KPI oversight, and executive communication on FRM performance. You will partner with brand and field sales to execute strategies for the FRM team, lead insights sharing across teams, and facilitate cross-functional alignment on key business issues. Additionally, you will oversee day-to-day operational needs to maximize FRM productivity and performance, drive data insights, and continuously evaluate operational processes for improvement.

Requirements

  • Master's degree and 5 years of relevant professional experience OR Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant professional experience OR Associate's degree and 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong planning, data leadership, administration, and project management skills.
  • Thorough understanding of patient support programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
  • Experience working with key internal or external partners.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.

Nice To Haves

  • FRM experience and/or experience with patient support operations.
  • Field sales or home office leadership experience.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into results.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Strong negotiation skills and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the National Field Reimbursement Director.
  • Interact with Directors/Executive Directors within Patient Access & Reimbursement.
  • Lead and manage projects effectively to achieve outcomes.
  • Support the development and implementation of FRM programs for the Bone Franchise.
  • Oversee FRM strategy development and implementation.
  • Manage day-to-day KPI oversight and performance dashboard capabilities.
  • Plan and execute quarterly business reviews.
  • Communicate FRM performance to executives.
  • Partner with brand and field sales to develop strategies for the FRM team.
  • Lead sharing of insights across Patient Access & Reimbursement.
  • Facilitate cross-functional organizational meetings.
  • Drive data insights and analytics to monitor performance and optimize strategies.
  • Evaluate and enhance operational processes for efficiency and compliance.
