You are an expert facilitator: you open doors, foster communication, and bridge the gap. The Field Reimbursement Manager will be responsible for ensuring that target accounts within their geography understand the necessary steps to receive reimbursement through the appropriate payer when ordering products, consistent with company compliance policies, company procedures, and approved materials. The focus will be on key urology accounts and relevant institutions including hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. Field Reimbursement Managers will be responsible for understanding the unique market issues of their geography, specifically part B reimbursement, health care delivery models, transitions of care and patient pathways. In this role you will: Ensure target accounts understand all applicable billing and coding requirements associated with the products. Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts. Understand billing and coding responsibilities within target accounts: Urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals. Understand all applicable reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers. Partner effectively with other members of the account team to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient and the account. Demonstrate expertise in the disease state, the product, the surgical process and the reimbursement process.
