About The Position
The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) position is a field-based role focused on managing reimbursement processes for retail and specialty pharmacy drugs. The FRM will work closely with provider office staff to educate and train them on navigating prior authorizations, appeals, and denials, ensuring patients receive their medications without unnecessary delays. This role requires a deep understanding of the local payor landscape, including Medicare and Medicaid, and the ability to work effectively in a territory management capacity.
