About The Position
The EVERSANA/Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America (MTPA) Field Reimbursement Manager is a field-based role that provides in-person education to defined accounts within their assigned geographies on a range of access and reimbursement issues in support of MTPA products. This position involves managing daily field-based activities to support appropriate patient access in key neurology centers and provider offices, executing collaborative territory plans through partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and interacting frequently in the field (60-70% of the time) with key stakeholders in multiple sites of care including physician practices, hospitals, and other sites of care. The role also includes serving as a subject matter expert in educating healthcare provider staff on approved patient access services, collaborating with various internal field teams, reviewing and educating offices on payer policy, and providing feedback to internal teams on local payer trends and access issues.
