About The Position

Are you ready to address reimbursement challenges head-on and make a real difference in patient access to life-changing medicines? As a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) in the Immunology Biologics area, you'll play a pivotal role in minimizing barriers for patients and providers. Your strategic attitude and problem-solving skills will be key as you engage with physicians, accounts, and institutional customers, delivering specialized services to support AstraZeneca products. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 10 plus years of total business experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Minimum of 6 plus years of sales, managed care, or reimbursement experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 50-75% (overnight).
• Must live in Geography.

Nice To Haves

• 8+ years of Biotech or Pharmaceutical Sales experience.
• 4 years of experience in the Specialty Biologics therapeutic area.
• 2 years of Access Services, Reimbursement, and/or Managed Markets experience.
• Significant and documented experience with business planning and market analysis.
• Minimum 2 years experience with buy & bill physician-administered specialty products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across various internal departments and cross-functional partners, including Managed Markets, Access Services, Key Accounts, Trade & Channel, and Sales & Marketing.
• Develop and implement ethical reimbursement strategies.
• Communicate payer criteria effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations governing AstraZeneca activities.
• Influence key business decision-makers and maintain industry awareness.
