About The Position

Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, the Field Recruiter is a key partner to regional and practice leadership, supporting high-volume staffing needs across our nationwide clinical operations. You’ll proactively build strong candidate pipelines, source top talent, and manage full-cycle recruitment for roles that directly impact patient care. Requirements

  • 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (high-volume experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong familiarity with ATS platforms (experience maintaining an ATS is highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities—you thrive when juggling multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and general understanding of HIPAA.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media sourcing strategies.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, reliable, and highly motivated

Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Recruitment & Talent Pipeline Development Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs across practice operations.
  • Drive both active and passive candidate sourcing using a variety of channels.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for regional and practice-level openings—from posting to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified clinical and administrative candidates.
  • Candidate Experience & Hiring Support Conduct resume and application reviews, phone screens, reference checks, and pre‑hire assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to hiring leaders to support strong hiring decisions.
  • Communicate employer value, culture, and benefits throughout the process.
  • Operational Excellence Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to ensure accuracy of job requisitions and status updates.
  • Contribute to weekly reporting on all field openings and pipeline activity.
  • Create and manage job postings across social media, ATS platforms, industry websites, and more.
  • Maintain HRIS and ATS data integrity.
  • Stay informed on company structure, HR policies, and relevant employment laws.
  • Support recruiting and HR projects aimed at improving efficiency, process, and service delivery.
  • Additional Responsibilities Assist in recruiting efforts for newly acquired practices.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
  • Support broader department goals and system updates.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support organizational priorities.
