About The Position

The Field Recruiter / Trainer performs various functions regarding field operations for our company. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and knowledgeable of our business.

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma.
Ability to read and write English.
Strong interpersonal kills to lead the crew and communicate with General Contractor's Superintendent.

Nice To Haves

At least 5 years in the drywall business.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide effective training / recruiting.

Responsibilities

Oversee full recruitment cycle of new hires.
Conduct phone interviews and manage applications via the applicant tracking system.
Perform initial evaluation and training of new hires.
Serve as mentor/liaison between the new hire and manager.
Other duties as assigned.
