About The Position

We Want You! Do you thrive on sourcing top talent, building relationships, and connecting passionate instructors with great opportunities? We’re looking for a dedicated recruiter to own our search for certified Pilates instructors, hospitality champions for Front of House and business driving Management. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, manage recruiting & interview processes, and develop candidate pipelines for all active roles within the NYC and the Hamptons stores.

Requirements

• 3+ years recruiting / talent acquisition experience (ideally in fitness/wellness or niche hiring).
• Strong sourcing, screening, interview, and candidate-management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, creative sourcing mindset - comfortable networking and outreach beyond standard job boards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; flexibility for outreach, interviews, and coordination outside standard 9–5 when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting for three key talent groups: certified Pilates instructors, hospitality-forward Front of House team members, and business-driving studio Managers for NYC and the Hamptons.
• Build and run targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels (outreach, referrals, local/community networks, and training programs) to consistently bring in qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach and initial screens through interviews, feedback collection, and offer coordination ensuring a smooth, high-touch candidate experience.
• Partner with studio and company leadership to align on role needs, hiring priorities, and interview plans; keep searches moving with clear communication and momentum.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for active and upcoming roles, keeping ATS records accurate and sharing updates, funnel health, and key recruiting metrics.
• Build relationships with Pilates certification schools and communities to generate referrals and long-term instructor pipelines.
• Represent the brand in the field by attending community events, hosting/participating in open calls, and running outreach initiatives that attract top talent.
