About The Position

The HVAC Field Readiness Specialist is responsible for preparing and equipping branch teams to deliver exceptional HVAC service to Data Center customers. This role ensures that all branches possess the necessary skills, tools, and resources to meet the unique demands of the data center environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in scheduling, operations, or project coordination; or Associates Degree with 4+ years’ of experience in scheduling, operations, or project coordination or a High School Diploma or GED and 6+ years’ experience in scheduling, operations, or project coordination

  • Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and best practices for data center HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assess branch readiness and identify gaps in HVAC service capabilities specific to Data Center requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs for technicians, focusing on data center HVAC systems, operational best practices, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with branch managers to ensure inventory of critical HVAC tools, equipment, and parts is maintained and optimized.
  • Establish and monitor service quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new service launches, customer onboarding, and ongoing process improvements.
  • Regularly review performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to branch teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Ability to travel to branch locations as needed
