We're seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings team in to cover the Pacific North West. Please note this is a remote position and will require heavy travel. We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings Operations team. As a Field Service Engineer (FSE) with HNI, you'll be essential to ensuring top-tier quality and customer satisfaction for our workplace furnishing solutions. Acting as the key technical liaison between the field and manufacturing, you'll resolve quality issues, support dealer installations, and deliver valuable feedback to improve products and processes. This role drives continuous improvement through the Quality Management System (QMS) while fostering strong partnerships with dealers and installers.
