About The Position
We are looking for customer service-focused individuals to build a rewarding long-term career with the Property team as a Field Property Claims Adjuster! This role requires travel to and from our policyholder homes. The starting pay for this position is $26.30 per hour based on property claims adjusting experience. Candidates with Claims Property or related industry experience are highly encouraged to apply. Compensation will be evaluated based on experience. Our Field Property Claims Adjusters will conduct virtual and field-based investigations by visiting policyholders' homes to investigate property damage, use claims handling software, a company car, and a laptop to determine claims-related damage and write estimates in a paperless environment. They will represent the Company from a public relations standpoint and must conduct themselves as a member of Management at all times, using strong customer service skills to negotiate with policyholders to settle the claim.
