Determines coverage, damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims within limit of authority. Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for homeowners first party claims leading to the proper disposition. We are seeking an experienced Property Field Adjuster to join our team in Connecticut. Ideally, candidates will be based near the Shoreline area, as assigned field territory may vary depending on claim volume. This role involves handling first-party property claims, including losses related to water, fire, hail, wind etc. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of property claims experience, be comfortable with regular travel, and be proficient in Xactimate. Strong skills in coverage evaluation and policy interpretation are essential for success in this position.
