About The Position

The Field Project Manager will manage project sites from planning to procurement to construction, reviewing deliverables, preparing weekly and monthly work-plans for the project teams. They'll collaborate with the Project Manager to establish project schedule and budget, and monitor progress in meeting schedule and budget requirements.

Requirements

• Must have at least a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment processes, including drug test, background check and MVR check.
• Proficient with MS Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel. Travel is anticipated to take less than roughly 30% of the Field Project Manager's time.

Nice To Haves

• 4-year degree in construction-related field preferred, or equivalent construction-related work experience, as well as 5 or more years of experience in field construction is required
• Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and familiarity of industry practices and regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project documents, processes, and procedures required to support quality control and final project deliverables
• Chair weekly job meetings; prepares and submits summary of project progress and pending issues to Project Manager
• Develop an inspection report and quality control processes to meet deadlines
• Document and execute any changes in scope of project as directed by the Project Manager
• Update Project Manager regarding the day-to-day activities of the project
• Conduct periodic inspections of the construction sites, located in the project defined areas
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
