As a Storm Guard Field Project Manager, you will oversee and complete approved jobs by building a quality project that will assist in generating referrals. You will communicate with homeowners on the timing of trades for installation and field inspect every job completed to ensure quality workmanship. Your role will also involve ensuring job sites are cleaned up after all jobs to prevent damage to homeowner property from subcontractors. You will communicate with the Field Production Manager regarding any shortages or extra materials on job sites and fully utilize the CRM (Acculynx) for scheduling and other features. Additionally, you will abide by all local and applicable building laws, develop good relations with local building departments and inspectors, and ensure all jobs pass final inspections. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring safety on the job site, effectively communicating with subcontractors, inspectors, sales representatives, and co-workers, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, and remaining highly organized. You will monitor quality to ensure client satisfaction, track progress to stay on schedule, provide subcontractors with necessary job information, and work neighborhoods during jobs to increase exposure for Storm Guard and generate new sales opportunities.
