About The Position

" Opportunity Snapshot: Compensation: $135-175,000.00/salary Location: Midland, TX Assignment Duration: Full-Time Employee, Direct Work Schedule: M-F, 50 hours per week, Call outs as needed Benefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401(k) program, PTO & Holiday, etc. Responsibilities Job Summary Supervises the field offices and production operations of Client in assigned area; overall responsibilities are performed in a safe and cost-effective manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise field-based employees and manage key contract operators e.: field clerks, foreman and field operators. Supervise and procure roustabout crews, lease operators, wireline/slickline units, hot oil trucks, service rigs, water haulers, swabbing units, and other necessary contract production Supervise new well facility construction and equipping Manage field office facilities and equipment inventory Coordinate Safety and Operations training meetings; implement safety and environmental Work with engineering to coordinate field operations and well Work with team members to achieve production and expense Responsible for production optimization through downtime review, rate/pressure monitoring, lease operator utilization, and proper equipment selection/operation/maintenance. Responsible for purchasing items for field operations within designated approval authority and recommending capital expenditures. Determine and implement methods to find more cost effective ways to conduct production Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts regarding field operations and Responsible for helping team members minimize lost production and maximize cash flow; provide downtime and activity reports for management meetings. Communicate individual goals and complete annual performance reviews of team Other Duties and Responsibilities Communicate effectively with vendors and other company Help conduct on-site property reviews and safety meetings as Monitor Lease Operating Costs; approve invoices within delegation of authority and according to FourPoint process requirements. Help coordinate well/operation reviews with key Be a representative and ambassador of FourPoint in the field and local industry network Qualifications Education, Skills and Experience Required High school degree or 10+ years experience in well production, artificial lift, equipment maintenance, and facility operations. Prefer oil, gas, and water management Strong supervisory skills and demonstrated team player with good attitude and work ethic, flexible and good interpersonal skills. Requires valid driver’s license for State where main field office is located and a satisfactory driving record. Intermediate math and computer skills (Microsoft Office programs). Mechanical skills – ability to handle maintenance and minor repair of compressors, separators, dehydrators, water injection pumps, pump jacks, bottom hole pumps, communication/control panels, and plunger lift systems. Physical Requirements Must be able to react to potentially dangerous situations quickly and Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 , bending, visual acuity, hearing, speaking. Requirements

  • High school degree or 10+ years experience in well production, artificial lift, equipment maintenance, and facility operations.
  • Strong supervisory skills and demonstrated team player with good attitude and work ethic, flexible and good interpersonal skills.
  • Requires valid driver’s license for State where main field office is located and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Intermediate math and computer skills (Microsoft Office programs).
