In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a Field Product Manager | Pricing & Promotions to join our team in Atlanta. You will work closely with our North American market while collaborating with a global Product organization. What we need you to do and be As a Field Product Manager for Pricing & Promotions, you will act as the bridge between the North American market and our global Product team, ensuring our solutions solve real commercial challenges for retailers and consumer brands.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of retail pricing, promotions, and commercial planning processes
  • Experience working with retail or supply chain software in a customer-facing or product-focused role
  • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable product improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of data, analytics, and machine learning concepts
  • Experience supporting software implementations and driving best practices
  • Comfortable with using AI in your everyday work and developing the use of AI tools as a larger organizational strategy
  • You need to be used to clear communication and collaboration across hierarchies, borders and time zones

Responsibilities

  • Lead product discovery in North America by gathering insights from customers, prospects, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Validate roadmap priorities and development themes with customers and pilot new Pricing & Promotions capabilities
  • Translate business needs into clear product specifications and collaborate with Engineering to deliver high-quality features
  • Lead and support feature pilots in the region, building strong business cases and capturing best practices
  • Contribute to product vision and strategy with market insight, competitor intelligence, and thought leadership
  • Support complex customer implementations and strategic presales discussions as a product expert
  • Articulateand justify pricing and promotion related data science methodology (e.g. price elasticity; stockpiling impacts) to an analytical audience.
