About The Position
The Field Process Engineer - Epitaxy at ASM is responsible for the introduction and transfer of new semiconductor processes and hardware to customer sites. This role involves close collaboration with field hardware teams and customers to troubleshoot issues, develop proposals for improvements, and document learnings for future knowledge transfer. The engineer will also support on-site process development, conduct experiments, and ensure successful high-volume manufacturing (HVM) process transfers.
