The Role We are seeking a Crew Member / Field Pipe Installer / General Laborer to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ. In this hands-on, entry-level role, you'll work directly with a Crew Leader to install, set up, and service pumps and equipment on job sites. If you are a team player who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working outdoors, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the equipment rental industry.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
- Team player with a safety-first mindset.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certified is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days. CPE will provide training and certification.
- Experience in the rental pump industry is a plus-HDPR fusion experience preferred.
- CDL is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation, set-up, and removal of pumps, piping, and related equipment.
- Operate and maintain small hand and power tools to support job site work.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.
