We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Coaching and Training Manager to build and deliver world-class sales and sales manager training through coaching programs. This role focuses on empowering sales managers to run effective 1:1s, coach Sales Team (Account Executives) through complex deals, and leverage tools like Gong, Highspot, and AI to make sales repeatable and scalable—ideal for someone passionate about sales performance in fast-paced, technical SaaS environments who can turn coaching into measurable revenue impact. AND... They have to LOVE doing this! They must love putting in the work to serve our sales reps and managers to ensure the overall success of our customers. You'll report to the Senior Director of Field Performance and align closely with sales leadership to drive consistent execution of sales plays and accelerate rep ramp and performance.
