About The Position

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with flexibility for long and irregular hours

Nice To Haves

  • Pumping unit repair experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • 2+ years of oilfield experience

Responsibilities

  • Pre-load jobs and ensure readiness for field operations
  • Rig up and rig down cranes and bucket trucks safely
  • Repair and maintain pumping units on-site
  • Drive company vehicles to job locations
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Follow Weatherford’s Quality Policy, safety rules, and operational procedures
  • Deliver work assignments to the highest quality standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
