About The Position

Field Operations Technician /Housekeeper (Prime Corporate Apartments) FUNCTION: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all Prime Corporate Apartments. REPORTS TO: Field Operations Supervisor (Prime Corporate Apartments) RESPONSIBILITIES: (Including, but not limited to) HOUSEKEEPING (90%) Duties required are changing all soiled linens in apt. (ex. change sheets and replace towels). Clean all surfaces that can be accessed (counters, bathrooms, appliances, dressers, etc.) Take out garbage Clean all floors If there is any problem in apt. (ex. light bulbs, batteries etc.) it is addressed, or a work order is submitted. PCA TURNOVERS Clean, involves high and low cleaning. (ex. cobwebs, pictures, under furniture.) Inside & outside of all cabinets and appliances. All counters All floors are cleaned, and carpets vac. Steamed if needed. Doors and trim cleaned. All linens should be replaced. Or cleaned on site if time. All kitchen items (dishes, glasses etc.) are sanitized in the dishwasher. All small appliances are cleaned by hand. Replace any broken or damaged items in apt. Repair any furniture as needed. Move any furniture as needed (ex. beds) Replace all amenities needed in the apartment (ex. shampoo, soap etc.) Make sure internet, cable and phone is working and troubleshoot as needed from unit Maintenance anything in the apartment that is furnished by PCA and any small items that can be addressed without property assistance. (ex. light bulbs, blinds). Submit work order for property related issues. PRIME TURNOVERS Complete Turn Cleans as requested. PRIME Common Area Cleaning Complete property common area cleans as requested. WORK ORDERS Take care of any work orders that come in while the guest is staying in the apartment. (Ex. troubleshoot cable or internet, replace light bulbs, etc.) Enter work orders in facilities. SETTING UP AND DOWNSIZING APARTMENTS Pack up unit in an organized fashion/unpack in warehouse Meet with delivery company or maintenance for furniture moves and access to apartment Clean apartment for give back OTHER DUTIES Repair and maintain van when needed with approval from DOO Work with all others that set up an install anything in the apartment Move in and Move out inspections Meet with Corporate Office team on a weekly basis Any reasonable task assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move furniture as needed up to 50lbs
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Inventory control experience
  • Problem solving skills
  • Valid NYS Driver's License required
  • HS Diploma of GED

  • Minor maintenance experience a plus!
