About The Position

All American Roof Pros is looking for a dependable, hands-on Field Tech to join our Production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow with a stable, team-oriented company. As a Gutter Technician, you’ll work directly on customers’ homes performing gutter installations and maintenance, with opportunities to assist in roofing, siding, and window-related repairs as needed. This is a full-time position with an hourly pay range based on experience. We believe in doing quality work and taking care of our team. You’ll be joining a company that values teamwork, growth, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential gutter systems
• Assist with roofing, siding, and window repairs when needed
• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
• Work safely on ladders, roofs, and job sites
• Follow company quality standards and safety guidelines
• Communicate clearly with team members to complete jobs efficiently
• Support other production tasks as assigned
