We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sub-Contract Manager / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously within the medium voltage, commercial PV, and commercial battery storage systems sectors. This role requires strong organizational, technical, and communication skills to ensure successful project execution. This position has the ability to sit out of Fremont, CA, Las Vegas, NV, Austin, TX, or Buffalo, NY.

  • Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Develop and write scopes of work and purchase orders for sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Coordinate and manage sub-contractors, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, providing updates and solutions to stakeholders
  • Utilize Excel and Microsoft Office tools to track and manage project data effectively
  • Provide technical support and guidance related to electrical systems and balance of plant components
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects in medium voltage, commercial PV, and battery storage systems
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and balance of plant requirements
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in writing scopes of work and purchase orders
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
