About the position

The Field Operations Supervisor (EMT) at DocGo is responsible for overseeing operations to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare services. This role involves monitoring compliance with company policies, managing site cleanliness and maintenance, and supporting the scheduling and staffing of personnel. The supervisor will work closely with management to maintain effective communication and operational continuity within the team.

Responsibilities

• Follow all pertinent DocGo policy and procedures
• Function as an on-line supervisor, monitoring operations to ensure the delivery of quality and effective service
• Work as part of a supervisory team with management staff to ensure continuity, consistency, and strong lines of communication
• Monitor operations to ensure that all personnel comply with company policies and procedures
• Regularly oversee site stocking/cleaning to ensure they meet or exceed requirements regarding maintenance, equipment, supplies and cleanliness
• Ensure that personnel keep the site location in a clean, sanitary, and functional condition
• Ensure all scheduling requirements are met within a timely fashion
• Manage and support Site Leads and team with operations, logistics, staffing, and scheduling
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role (preferred)
• Valid Driver's license (required)
• Knowledge of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability)
• Staff scheduling experience
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail, & organization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• EMT Certification Required
