Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in field/sales operations, data stewardship, commercial communications and/or project management
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, CRM data, field activity, HCP targeting)
  • Experience with CRM, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx/SQL; Veeva CRM or Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Experience communicating with sales force teams and leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Well organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, cross-functional teamwork environment
  • Excellent collaboration skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and manage complexity
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, PMP certification preferred
  • Experience using Alteryx a preferred
  • Ability to travel 15-20 % domestic and internationally

Responsibilities

  • Review and ensure accurate and consistent field data across systems
  • Steward data change management, processes, and validations
  • Enforce data governance standards and ensure compliance
  • Perform data audits and implement corrective measures
  • Collaborate with cross functionally to optimize data processes
  • Collaboratively coordinate field-related projects
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet objectives
  • Track progress, mitigate risks, and report updates to leadership
  • Manage the CIO Operational Calendar providing teams updates, & proactively communicating to all stakeholders
  • Serve as the liaison between Field Operations and field teams
  • Develop and distribute proactive communication materials
  • Facilitate feedback from field teams to leadership
  • Support communication for change management initiatives
  • Manage operational training, instructions and reminders
