About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Field Operations Specialist to join our Commercial Operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining field data accuracy, data stewardship, facilitating clear communication between headquarters and field teams, and coordinating field operations projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and project management experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Communications, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in field/sales operations, data stewardship, commercial communications and/or project management.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, CRM data, field activity, HCP targeting).
  • Experience with CRM, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx/SQL; Veeva CRM or Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience communicating with sales force teams and leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, cross-functional teamwork environment.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and manage complexity.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience using Alteryx a preferred.
  • Ability to travel 15-20 % domestic and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Review and ensure accurate and consistent field data across systems
  • Steward data change management, processes, and validations
  • Enforce data governance standards and ensure compliance
  • Perform data audits and implement corrective measures
  • Collaborate with cross functionally to optimize data processes
  • Collaboratively coordinate field-related projects
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet objectives
  • Track progress, mitigate risks, and report updates to leadership
  • Manage the CIO Operational Calendar providing teams updates, & proactively communicating to all stakeholders
  • Serve as the liaison between Field Operations and field teams
  • Develop and distribute proactive communication materials
  • Facilitate feedback from field teams to leadership
  • Support communication for change management initiatives
  • Manage operational training, instructions and reminders
