About The Position
Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection and airspace technologies. We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments. As we expand, we are looking for a Field Operations Specialist to join our Service Operations group. This position will execute deployment events, including site installations, test & evaluation exercises, demonstrations, and service and maintenance activities. A Field Operations Specialist is expected to develop a deep understanding of Hidden Level hardware and software platform capabilities and become an expert in their delivery to the field.
