Snowflake's Revenue Operations organization is seeking a Field Operations Manager to support our Americas Expansion business. In this role, you will partner with the existing Field Ops team and Field leaders in operating the team as effectively and efficiently as possible. You will apply your creative thinking, operational expertise, and deep analytics skills to deliver key projects across the team: annual business planning, quota setting, territory optimization, pipeline and forecast analysis, etc. Reporting to the AMS Expansion Field Ops team lead, you will play a critical role in providing insightful analyses and actionable recommendations to sales leadership that will influence strategy and implementation of objectives aimed to achieve Snowflake's business goals. Our hyper-growth environment requires an ever-evolving approach to managing our go-to-market strategy.

  • Drive the operating cadence across the regions you support
  • Communicate effectively across the business operations ecosystem and sales segments to stand up new and improve existing processes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and act as the SME for escalations for key issues such as forecasting, quotas, account ownership, and compensation
  • Partner with sales enablement team to ensure participation and drive adoption
  • Partner with sales management to drive territory planning, quota setting, business plan recommendation and execution
  • Lead projects for territory optimization, quota setting, new sales programs, etc.
  • Manage territory and quota process for headcount changes (new hires, terms, and transfers) and ensure quota coverage and governance
  • Manage the forecast and reporting process for the regions you support
  • Contribute to weekly forecast calls with sales management
  • Build reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs to increase performance visibility and analyze the health of the business
  • Monitor pipeline quality to ensure rep participation and craft action plan to address areas of weakness/opportunity
  • Prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, revenue operations or equivalent function with significant exposure to sales teams
  • Demonstrated understanding of SaaS go-to-market models, sales support roles, business metrics and growth best practices
  • Ability to structure complex problems, derive insights from data, and articulate clearly with diverse teams up to the senior leadership level
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence varying org functions at varying levels of seniority throughout the org
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with SFDC reporting and SQL. Knowledge of BI tools a plus (Tableau)
  • Ability to work effectively in an evolving environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines. Can adapt quickly to changes and possesses strong work ethic

  • Bachelor's degree. MBA a plus
