Boost Mobile is seeking a Field Operations Manager to support the buildout and performance of our 5G wireless network. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring that assigned network nodes and field teams are operating effectively, safely, and in alignment with operational standards. The Field Operations Manager provides day-to-day guidance for site readiness, restoral, and preventative maintenance activities across a defined region. The position leads a team of field engineers and coordinates with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues, optimize network performance, and support the launch and maintenance of wireless infrastructure.
