About The Position

Are you ready to lead a team that brings brands to life in retail? As a Field Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a passionate team of trainers and sales representatives who create unforgettable in-store experiences. Your mission is to turn everyday shopping into an engaging, hands-on adventure through immersive product demonstrations and impactful training sessions. You’ll guide your team from start to finish—hiring, training, coaching, and supporting them every step of the way. Together, you’ll educate retail associates and store management, helping them become brand advocates while boosting sales across your territory. Think of yourself as the backbone of the operation, ensuring your team has the tools, skills, and confidence to shine. This is a full-time role aligned with retail hours—primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends. During peak seasons (think November and December), you may flex to a Thursday–Monday schedule. Travel within your designated region is part of the job, so pack your leadership skills and get ready to hit the road!
