Requirements

  • 4–5 years of trade show or event operations experience
  • Experience managing union labor
  • Strong logistics, budgeting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced, on-site environments

Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site event operations to ensure timelines and client expectations are met
  • Coordinate and supervise union labor
  • Develop and monitor labor budgets
  • Oversee equipment, logistics, and transportation schedules
  • Partner with Project Managers to confirm event details
  • Represent operations in client and internal meetings
  • Process work orders and payroll accurately
