Requirements
- 4–5 years of trade show or event operations experience
- Experience managing union labor
- Strong logistics, budgeting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform in fast-paced, on-site environments
Responsibilities
- Manage on-site event operations to ensure timelines and client expectations are met
- Coordinate and supervise union labor
- Develop and monitor labor budgets
- Oversee equipment, logistics, and transportation schedules
- Partner with Project Managers to confirm event details
- Represent operations in client and internal meetings
- Process work orders and payroll accurately
