We are developing the next wave of therapeutic advancements with a robust and diverse pipeline that includes mid- to late-stage programs in Alzheimer’s disease psychosis and Lewy body dementia psychosis, along with earlier-stage programs that address other underserved patient needs. At Acadia, we’re here to be their difference. Please note that this position is based in San Diego, CA. Acadia's hybrid model requires this role to work in our office three days per week on average. Summary: Serve as the primary business owner, expert, and point of contact for Veeva Vault CRM and field roster management. Support other Field Operations tools, systems, initiatives and end users.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on work experience with Veeva CRM and/or Veeva Vault CRM
  • 2+ years of work experience in commercial, sales, and/or field operations supporting multiple sales teams in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
  • Familiarity with: Sales IQ and/or other roster and alignment systems, Power BI and/or other reporting tools, and Smartsheets
  • Commercial operations functions including alignments, reporting and dashboards, and incentive compensation
  • Backend commercial systems and database architectures
  • Pharmaceutical data and data sources
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment where everyone may be “wearing many hats”
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking, documentation and testing skills
  • Ability to work both independently and cross functionally as part of a team
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to lead projects effectively with multiple departments/stakeholders
  • Strong training and documentation skills
  • Strong understanding of processes, procedures, tools, and systems used to accomplish field operations responsibilities
  • Ability to improve tools and processes within field operations

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary business owner and subject matter expert for Veeva Vault CRM and related systems supporting 20+ field sales teams across ensuring tools, data, reports, and processes meet field and Commercial leadership needs
  • Manage system requirements, user feedback loops, training and support (documentation, videos, FAQs, live training), and end-user communication
  • Ensure timely communication and productive collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Identify, evaluate and/or develop new solutions, tools, and processes to ensure that the Veeva Vault CRM meets evolving business needs
  • End-to-end management of the field roster, which governs employee access to critical systems and tools, including the technology platforms of ~14 vendor partners
  • Ensure roster readiness for key business initiatives including product launches, team restructuring, territory realignments, and incentive plan cycles
  • Partner with IT, HR, field leadership, and the Commercial Ops teams to ensure roster requirements are reflected accurately in reporting and across connected systems
  • Establish and maintain Veeva Vault CRM & roster related documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Support the Field Operations team as needed with other field based programs including but not limited to key account management, and fleet and sampling program management.
