About The Position

Axiom Staffing is seeking a Field Operations Manager for a company in Hanover, PA that specializes in restoration and weatherization programs. A background in construction, willingness to learn and ability to obtain DOT is preferred. On call rotation. POSITION SUMMARY Management Trainee is expected to learn all aspects of operations (administrative and field). This position is exempt under the FLSA. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations. Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities. Observing and learning from experienced staff members. Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes. Performing administrative and field tasks as assigned. (Learn by doing) Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff. Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship. Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes. Preparing documents and updating records. Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings. Traveling to job sites and participating in daily operations as needed. A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company. purpose, mission, and values. SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES Learn Various Funding Programs under the weatherization programs Become proficient in utilizing energy saving modeling software by performing all activities. Ride along with crews to verify quality and efficiency. Resolve Customer Issues Fine tune schedule for maximum efficiency Attend Weekly Production Meetings Create Production/Tracking Reports Verify that vehicles are appropriately maintained. Work with marketing on development of marketing plans for each product line.
