About The Position

SERVPRO Denver SE is now NOW HIRING a Field Operations Manager to join our growing team. A great candidate for this role is someone with management/supervisory experience within the restoration, mitigation and or/ construction industry, and who has a demonstrated strong operational skill set.

Requirements

  • 10 years of increasingly responsible duties within the Restoration Industry.
  • IICRC Certifications preferred.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient in delegation while maintaining control over branch.
  • Aptitude in conflict management and business negotiations.
  • Industry specific knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Manage production operations, ensuring jobs are completed according to SERVPRO production processes and procedures.
  • Manage all aspects of Franchise production.
  • Keep the Regional Operations Manager updated on production.
  • Manage and improve customer satisfaction, including the resolution of customer complaints.
  • Full P-N-L responsibilities.
  • Manage daily activities of the operations team.
  • Evaluate job estimates to make sure all services are captured accurately.
  • Oversee and verify accuracy of job estimates, resulting in increased profit margin.
  • Ensure effective job scheduling of job, staff, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Oversee completion of work orders.
  • Confirm daily documentation of work, ensuring all files are accurate and complete.
  • Manage production staff, as necessary.
  • Assume role of estimator, production manager, or construction project manager as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a group of qualified subcontractors and material suppliers.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training for teams on equipment, product and safety processes, (OSHA) and customer service.
  • Assist in the hiring and retention of production staff.
  • Review and sign off on Estimate and Job Files.
  • Overall responsibility in making sure the facility runs smoothly, vehicles are in good working condition, product and inventory are well stocked and up to date.
