About The Position

The Field Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and administrative activities at multiple buildings within the district. This role involves leading Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure conformance to contract requirements. The manager develops and implements cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications and contract requirements for assigned buildings. Additionally, the Field Operations Manager oversees inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned buildings.
