About The Position
The AG|CM Field Operations Manager (FOM) position is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for providing comprehensive project leadership across the Central Texas region, specifically in San Antonio and Austin. The FOM will oversee all aspects of project operations, ensuring that each project is meticulously planned, organized, and executed to achieve successful outcomes. This role requires a strong liaison capability, as the FOM will communicate directly with the Director of Operations and coordinate with all regional staff involved in project management, implementation, and execution. In this dynamic position, the FOM will be tasked with leading a variety of construction projects, which may include public and private sector work across institutional, commercial, governmental, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the construction process, from design through to final turnover, and will be adept at managing budgets, schedules, and contractor performance. The FOM will also play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative team environment, promoting a family-like atmosphere within the company, and participating in various company gatherings throughout the year.
